Returns & Exchanges Policy
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within a specified period from the date of delivery, provided they are in their original, unused, and resalable condition with all original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain personalized or bespoke items unless they are faulty.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Service team first. Kindly provide your order number and the reason for the return. We will then guide you through the process and provide the necessary instructions and the correct return address.

Return Shipping & Associated Costs
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (such as an incorrect or damaged item). We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for return parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected at our studio, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please allow time for the refund to be reflected in your account, as processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider. The original shipping cost is non-refundable for returns that are not the result of an error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any associated shipping costs, and provide clear instructions for returning the original item.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe after receiving our approval notification, please first check your bank account and contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us for further assistance.

Exchanges
For exchanges of the same item, we require a standard return as outlined above. Once the original item is received and processed, we will ship the replacement item to you. For exchanges to a different item, we recommend processing a return for a refund and placing a new order for the desired product.
